Nigel Reid is Perth’s leading noise reduction specialist in industrial, commercial and residential soundproofing solutions.
With over 30 years in the building and construction industry, it was 2008 when Nigel discovered his passion and innovation for soundproofing. He realised that we all want to satisfy our basic human psychological need for quiet!
Quash (formerly Soundproof) has been established since 2009, with Nigel and his team working on hundreds of exciting projects with exceptional clients, including Channel 7, Water Corp and Westrac.
Every project is unique, and whether big or small, all external and internal factors need to be considered to create the most efficient soundproofing innovation – that’s where Nigel’s experience and ingenuity stand out.
And it’s not just about noise reduction; Nigel understands that his clients need solutions that blend into their surroundings. All soundproofing must also be aesthetically pleasing. His background in construction empowers him to understand his client’s problems in depth, visualise them and then create solutions that work, in even the most unique settings.
