Bayswater Car Rental is part of the No Birds group, with offices in several locations central to the Perth CBD.
Problem
Located in a high-density area, surrounded by residential apartments, one office received numerous complaints due to the excessive noise emanating from their rooftop air-conditioning (HVAC) system.
Solution & Outcome
Quash was engaged to reduce this noise with a customised solution.
To do this, we created a modular barrier system light enough to be installed by hand, but heavy enough to be effective.
This customised design also allowed for maximum air intake and maximum air outlet without mixing the two. Lastly, we ensured this was a flexible design with space created to allow for maintenance and shutdown requirements.
