Samson’s paddock is a popular restaurant and bar in Mosman Park, offering a seasonal menu with inspired dishes from paddock to plate. Staff are highly skilled and experienced; and although they are a relaxed, casual dining venue – their mission is to maintain the highest quality dining experience.
Problem
During busy times and with a full house, customers and staff suffered from echo and reverberation making it hard to hear each other during busy periods.
Solution & Outcome
Our restaurant soundproofing solution included installation of 16 x 25mmblack acoustic panels suspended from the ceiling, cut to recommend size (600×2.4) and delivered the ambience required to maintain maximum capacity and retain intimate dining.
